At the end of February, we will stop using the manual system comprising client and volunteer record cards, daybook, diary etc. And shortly after that we will say goodbye to the suitcase which has been fondly wheeled from DO to DO for many years.With Via, DOs will have immediate access to client and volunteer details. They will continue to use WhatsApp polls (and phone) to advertise for available drivers. Then Via will automatically confirm individual job details to drivers by email.Inevitably, as we all get used to a new system, there are risks of errors. So I would ask everyone to exercise patience and diligence, especially in this transitional period.
